Your journey begins with a domestic flight to Xingyi, where the wonders of Guizhou await. We start with a visit to Wanfenglin, the “Ten Thousand Peaks Forest" where countless geological formations rise majestically from the landscape from millions of years of erosion, each more enchanting than the last. Be surrounded by nature at Wanfeng Lake and Malinghe Gorge

Day 3:

The Grandeur of Huangguoshu Waterfalls

A highlight of any Guizhou China tour, Huangguoshu Waterfall is an awe-inspiring testament to the power and beauty of nature. Your adventure continues in Libo, home to the magnificent Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. This UNESCO World Heritage site is famed for its pristine landscapes, clear rivers, and spectacular waterfalls. The highlight of the day is the Nine-Layered Waterfall, where water cascades down limestone terraces, creating a scene of otherworldly beauty. A peaceful boat ride along the river will leave you feeling at one with nature, as you float through this tranquil and magical environment.

Day 6:

Meet the Miao People at Xijiang

Today, you’ll discover the vibrant heart of Guizhou’s rich cultural heritage. We travel to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, the largest Miao settlement in the world, where more than 1,200 Miao households live in harmony with nature. From the observation deck, you’ll get a sweeping view of the village’s traditional wooden homes set against the backdrop of rolling hills. Enjoy a cultural dance performance by the Miao people and immerse yourself in the time-honoured customs of this fascinating ethnic group. We'll then journey deeper into the heart of Miao culture by spending the night at a traditional village on Leigongshan, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by rice terraces and tea plantations, embracing the serenity of rural life.

Day 7:

Hike through Leigongshan

Our final day is dedicated to exploring Leigongshan and the Miao Villages. Begin with a light hike through the verdant rice terraces and tea fields, where the serenity of the landscape is matched only by the simplicity of village life. Learn the art of padi field fishing and enjoy an authentic farm-to-table lunch prepared with fresh ingredients harvested from the land around you. It’s a rare opportunity to experience life in its most authentic and peaceful form before you depart on your journey home.
