Day 1:

Welcome to Zhangjiajie

Arrive in Zhangjiajie, a highlight of our China tours, and begin your journey with a visit to the 72 Strange Towers, a cultural attraction inspired by ancient Chinese night markets. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, with captivating street performances, illuminated structures, and a tantalising array of local snacks, offering a taste of China’s rich heritage.

Day 2:

Scale the Avatar Mountains and Conquer the World's Longest Glass Bridge

Today, explore the breathtaking Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a must-see on any China tour, known for its towering quartzite sandstone pillars and lush forests. Begin your adventure at Yuanjiajie, reached by the Bailong Elevator — the world's tallest outdoor elevator — where you’ll witness the awe-inspiring “Avatar Hallelujah” Mountains. Continue with a shuttle bus ride to Tianzi Mountain for more spectacular views. Afterward, take a cable car up Huangshizhai, also known as Yellow Stone Village, where panoramic views of Zhangjiajie’s stunning landscapes await. In the evening, experience the enchanting Fox Fairy Show, a mesmerising performance set against the stunning backdrop of Tianmen Mountain.

Day 4:

Marvel at Heaven's Gate and Explore Hunan's Most Famous Old Town

Begin your day with a visit to Tianmen Mountain. Take a trip on the world’s longest cable car to explore the majestic limestone cliffs before arriving at the iconic Heaven’s Gate — an awe-inspiring natural archway. Next, venture to Furong Ancient Town, where well-preserved Qing Dynasty architecture and a picturesque waterfall create a timeless setting. Conclude your day with a boat ride along the Tuo River in Fenghuang Ancient Town, where you’ll witness the unique wooden Diaojiaolou illuminated against the night sky.

Day 5:

Fenghuang, China's Most Beautiful Town

Spend your final day in Fenghuang Ancient Town, often hailed as “the most beautiful town in China”. Immerse yourself in over 400 years of history as you explore iconic attractions such as Jumping Rock Bridge, Rainbow Bridge, Palace of Longevity, and Wanming Pagoda.
